Return Product Service
We provide temporary storage, inspection, repairing, repacking, and labeling services of return products to cross-border e-commerce companies.
Temporary Storage is provided but limited in time and capacity.
We follow your guidelines to perform thorough inspections of your return products. Inspection items cover packing materials，product exterior conditions，basic functionalities and full function examinations. We also perform reparation for those that are repairable upon your request.
We offer repacking service after product inspection and reparation. For those that are not suitable for reselling, we help to make a disposal.
We provide labeling service for products that are ready for shipping back to FBA (or FBM).
